Your £35 tutoring credit is applied automatically when you sign up for a Daresne membership. No code needed — it’s already linked to your referral.

How do I apply to become a tutor?▾

You’ll need strong subject knowledge, a current DBS check (or be willing to obtain one), and to complete our safeguarding training. We’ll support you through the process.

Yes — you set your own availability. Daresne matches students to your schedule, not the other way around. You stay in full control of when you teach.

When and how do I get paid?▾
Payments are processed automatically through the platform. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of your earnings and payment schedule once you’re onboarded.

Do I need a teaching qualification?▾
Not necessarily. Many of our tutors are graduates or subject specialists without a formal teaching qualification. What matters most is subject expertise and the ability to teach effectively.
